He is a qualified educator, health promoter, and mentor to upcoming social enterprises, he has a great deal of interest in non-profit organisations' management and leadership.

His decade working experience has earned him numerous accolades in championing the care and welfare of older persons as a service provider to the Department for Health and Social development, and the City of Johannesburg.
