Economic Development and Income Generation Programmes
Over and above empowerment, as is our objective, "to promote resource generating activities for financial sustainability of the old aged facility beyond donor funding", SAHEC offers economic development and income generation activities such as Activities, Beadwork, Hanger-making, Patch work, Knitting, Sewing, Food gardens, Detergent making, Registration on ESP system, Access to Social grants.
Social Support Programmes
One of our objectives is "to provide old aged persons access to fellowship activities, recreational facilities, mental support, social affairs and spiritual formation", and we ensure its achievement through social initiatives that include Luncheon clubs/Social support clubs, Excursions (Educational and leisure), Bereavement support, Bulk buying, Fundraising initiatives, Meals on wheels, Spring day celebrations, Picnics, Christmas parties, Cultural day, Hobbies faire/Arts, culture exhibitions, and Older Persons’ month celebration (October).

Wellness Programmes
One of our objectives is "to ensure access to instant and quality health care for the poor helpless and destitute old Aged persons so that they can get awareness on health and hygienic issues".
